Position Overview

CloudWave Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team in a full-time remote telehealth capacity. In this role, you will leverage your expertise as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to support clients in achieving their mental health goals while benefiting from a collaborative, non-traditional work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting initial assessments and collaborating with clients to establish personalized treatment goals.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, including both prevention-oriented and intervention-focused therapy.
• Regularly implementing and monitoring treatment plans to track client progress and adjust as necessary.
• Engaging in communication with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure a cohesive approach in client care.
• Completing timely and accurate documentation to maintain compliance and uphold standards of care.
• Maintaining an appropriate caseload while keeping detailed session notes to enhance service delivery.
• Participating in regular staff meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the improvement of our team environment and culture.

Qualifications

• Current, valid licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• Demonstrable ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients, enhancing their engagement in therapy.
• Strong leadership qualities and an ability to be a contributing member of a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral processes.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting or utilizing virtual therapy platforms.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary team settings that involved collaboration and consultation.

Compensation and Benefits

CloudWave Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. We provide comprehensive benefits including:
