You will have a direct impact on product direction while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within a remote-friendly global team.

Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the B2C growth product strategy, focusing on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization outcomes.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable improvements in key growth metrics.
  • Conduct funnel analysis, user behavior analysis, market research, and performance reviews to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Partner with data teams to define measurement frameworks, establish success metrics, and leverage insights to guide product decisions.
  • Lead user research activities, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and customer journey analysis, to understand user needs and motivations.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product improvements and impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and solution validation to delivery and launch.
  • Evaluate product opportunities by considering technical feasibility, business impact, profitability, market demand, and operational risks.
  • Maintain alignment across product, business, marketing, development, and data stakeholders through clear communication, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Support product teams by promoting experimentation, best practices, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in Growth Product Management, or 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on B2C products, or 7+ years of overall Product Management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through product initiatives, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing, managing, and analyzing A/B tests with the ability to independently interpret results and make recommendations.
  • Experience with user research methodologies, including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and journey mapping.
  • Ability to perform exploratory data analysis, data mining, and basic statistical analysis while defining meaningful questions for analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace products, digital platforms, or consumer technology environments is highly desirable.
  • Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with software engineers and data specialists.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of high-impact initiatives.
Benefits
  • Remote-friendly working environment with flexibility across European locations.
  • Opportunity to own the growth strategy of a high-impact B2C digital marketplace.
  • Ability to directly influence product direction through experimentation, research, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborative environment working across product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
