• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Maryland state regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings to share insights, reflect on client progress, and strategize on comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
