Job description

Schedule: Year-Round | 2 Weeknight Practices + Weekend GamesCoppermine is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic U15 Club Baseball Coach to join our growing baseball program. This is a year-round coaching opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing young athletes, building competitive teams, and creating a positive and challenging baseball environment.Responsibilities Lead and coach a U15 club baseball team throughout the year Conduct two practices per week at our home facility in Timonium Coach weekend games and tournaments throughout the season Develop players fundamental baseball skills, game awareness, and position-specific abilities Create engaging, organized, and appropriately challenging practices Develop team strategy and prepare players for competitive game situations Foster a positive team culture built around accountability, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence Communicate effectively with players and families regarding schedules, expectations, and team activities Work collaboratively with the Coppermine baseball leadership team and other coaches Help identify opportunities for continued player and program development Qualifications Previous experience coaching youth baseball, preferably at the club/travel level Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, strategy, and player development Experience working with middle-school/high-school-aged athletes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to create a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment Reliable availability for two weeknight practices and weekend games Playing or collegiate baseball experience is a plus What We Offer Year-round coaching opportunity Consistent weekly practice schedule Competitive club baseball environment Competitive Pay Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of young athletes Support from Coppermine's growing sports and baseball programs Opportunity for additional coaching and program involvement If you are passionate about baseball and enjoy developing competitive young athletes, we would love to hear from you.
