Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (EV Concierge) to support current and prospective electric vehicle (EV) owners. In this role, you will combine customer service, sales, and product support skills to deliver an exceptional experience while building lasting customer relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of electric vehicle technology, helping customers navigate their EV journey—from product questions to ownership support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming EV products, features, and related services
  • Assist customers via phone (80%), chat, and email (20%) with:
    • Product and feature inquiries
    • Reservations and ordering support
    • Dealership and service coordination
    • Charging solutions and home setup
    • Recall or ownership-related concerns
  • Take full ownership of each customer interaction and ensure timely, personalized resolution
  • Document customer cases and follow up as needed
  • Deliver professional, high-quality service to a wide range of customers, including prospective buyers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of high-volume customer service or call center experience
  • Proven ability to handle a high number of calls/cases daily
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency, including typing and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center environment supporting customer inquiries via phone
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles or home charging solutions
  • Associate’s degree preferred (not required)

  • Training: 10 weeks (fully virtual)

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $19.00/hour
