Job description

Sanders Fine Portraits | Fully Remote | Full-Time, M-F

About the Role

We aren't looking for order-takers, clock-punchers, or customer service reps. We are looking for closers.

At Sanders Fine Portraits, our team creates unforgettable portrait experiences for our clients, and those experiences begin with a booked appointment. Your job is to make that happen.

As a Booking Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our studio's growth. You'll handle a high volume of outbound and inbound conversations, connect with warm leads, overcome objections, build urgency, and turn interest into confirmed appointments.

If you have thick skin, a relentless drive to win, and the ability to turn a "no" into a "yes," you can build an incredible career (and paycheck) here.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning the Phone: Making high-volume outbound calls and responding quickly to inbound leads. These are not random cold calls. Our leads have interacted with our brand, expressed interest, or applied for an opportunity. They simply need the right person to guide them toward booking.

Overcoming Objections: Pushing past initial hesitation, confidently handling concerns about timing, pricing, and commitment, and using professional persistence to secure the appointment.

Selling the Experience: Quickly building rapport, creating excitement, and helping prospective clients understand the value of the experience our studio provides.

Booking and Confirming Appointments: Turning qualified leads into scheduled clients while clearly communicating expectations and collecting any required booking payment.

Filling the Calendar: Managing your pipeline and follow-up activity efficiently to ensure our studio maintains a strong, consistent schedule.

What It Takes to Win

Grit and Persistence: You don't take "let me think about it" as the end of the conversation. You know how to pivot, ask the right questions, and push professionally.

High Energy: You bring enthusiasm to every call. One difficult conversation doesn't ruin your day, it fuels the next one.

Sales Confidence: You are comfortable discussing money, asking for the booking, and guiding people toward a decision.

Speed and Efficiency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle high call volume without sacrificing the quality of the client experience.

Organization: You can manage leads, notes, follow-ups, and appointments without allowing opportunities to slip through the cracks.

Coachability: You want to improve. You take feedback, implement it immediately, and use it to increase both your results and your paycheck.

Previous phone sales, appointment-setting, hospitality, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.

Why You Want to Work Here

Uncapped Earning Potential: Your base pay provides stability, but our uncapped commission and bonus structure rewards performance. The more qualified appointments you book and the stronger your results, the more you earn.

Warm Leads: We invest heavily in marketing. You will speak with people who have already interacted with our brand and shown interest in what we offer.

A Premium Product: You will be representing a meaningful, high-value portrait experience that clients remember for years.

Competitive Culture: You'll work in a high-energy, results-driven environment where accountability matters and wins are celebrated.
