• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, using therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, assessing clients' progress and adapting approaches as necessary.
• Engage in collaborative care by working remotely with fellow clinicians, healthcare providers, and other support staff to ensure holistic care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant client records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational protocols.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in the development and delivery of assessments and treatment interventions.

The diverse clientele at Positive Change Therapy includes individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and unique life experiences, including but not limited to those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in delivering culturally sensitive care and addressing the specific challenges faced by each client, thereby enhancing their mental well-being and quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• Commitment to ethical practice and fostering inclusivity within therapeutic environments.

• Experience working with a variety of client populations, including those from underserved and marginalized communities.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• A background in group therapy facilitation and evidence-based treatment models.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
