• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychotherapeutic interviews and psychosocial evaluations, identifying key concerns and potential risk factors for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address each person’s goals, specific needs, and cultural background, enabling tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various settings including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, collaborating with other professionals to ensure continuity of care and a holistic response to emotional emergencies.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence with clinic policies and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, providing strategies and resources to foster self-management and improve overall outcomes.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—such as psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Intertwined, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
