As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and understand the multifaceted needs of your clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client, adapting these plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, providing individual and group treatment that incorporates therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse populations.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed, referring clients to specialists or additional services when beneficial.

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, including families in crisis, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will employ a tailored approach to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts, empowering clients to develop effective coping strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle a caseload while maintaining administrative responsibilities.

While experience may vary, candidates with a proven record in providing both individual and group therapy will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth modalities and EHR systems is also beneficial, as these technologies are central to our remote practice.
