Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot parallel rack systems and refrigeration controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Work on walk-in coolers, freezers, cases, and related equipment
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Accurately complete work orders, notes, and documentation
- Maintain company vehicle inventory and organization
- Follow all company safety and operational procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience preferred
- Experience with rack refrigeration systems required
- Experience with EMS / controls preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional appearance and communication skills
