Investment Banking Analyst - Power, Utilities & Infrastructure As an Investment Banking Analyst on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Investment Banking team at National Bank of Canada Capital markets, you play a lead role in supporting the team’s deal execution and pitch activity. You will participate in a wide variety of transactions led by senior members of the team and deepen your knowledge of the investment banking industry. Your Job Evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients, including building complex financial models and performing valuation analysis Supporting deal teams with transaction structuring in addition to executing advisory and financing mandates with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time Preparing presentation materials to support our clients’ capital decision making Drafting marketing materials for transactions, including deal-related investor presentations, prospectuses, and related documentation Conducting company and industry research and analysis Performing various tasks supporting senior team members in their deal execution and client coverage efforts Your Team Capital Markets is a full-service, fully integrated investment dealer with a strong national presence and international capabilities. The Investment Banking Group has demonstrated considerable momentum over the last few years, experiencing strong growth in deal flow. Capital Markets - Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Investment Banking team is looking to hire an experienced analyst to work out of its Toronto office. Although the emphasis is placed on analysis, financial modelling and written presentations, candidates must also demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other advisors.
