Remote Banking Member Services Representative

Schedule: Full-Time

Long Term Contract with potential for hire

Environment: High-Volume Contact Center (24/7 Operation)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Banking Member Services Representatives to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with account inquiries, perform account-related transactions, and educate members on products and services that best meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound member inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Handle high-volume calls in a structured, schedule-driven contact center environment
  • Assist members with savings, checking, credit card, loan, IRA, and other account-related requests
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research accounts and resolve inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services based on member needs
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Build positive relationships with members through active listening and problem-solving
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and service standard

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, financial services, banking, mortgage, retail, or office environment
  • Strong data entry and computer navigation skills
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
