Job Description Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Contract Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the development, execution, and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control programs. This role is responsible for monitoring operational processes, identifying trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable feedback that improves quality and operational performance. The ideal candidate has experience performing quality reviews within the financial services or insurance industry and possesses strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Perform quality monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify errors, trends, and root causes through quality reviews and operational assessments. Provide timely feedback to leadership and operational teams to improve performance and compliance.

Analyze quality data and develop reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with stakeholders to recommend process improvements and corrective action plans. Participate in quality assurance studies, calibrations, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations, products, and business processes. Support compliance with enterprise risk management and regulatory standards. Ensure business activities align with internal controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, or Process Improvement within financial services, insurance, banking, or a related regulated industry. Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, determining root causes, and recommending business solutions. Knowledge of financial services regulations, including: UDAAP TILA / Regulation Z BSA / AML Regulation P Regulation E Regulation CC OCC Heightened Standards Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience working in a production-driven, compliance-focused environment. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting quality assurance programs within banking or financial institutions. Experience facilitating calibration sessions or quality review meetings.

Ability to interpret regulations and translate findings into operational improvements.
