• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and establish effective treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, utilizing modern therapeutic techniques, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and person-centered care.
• Keep meticulous progress notes, documenting client interactions and treatment milestones in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Actively engage in continuing education activities to stay current with best practice standards and innovations in mental health therapy.
• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients when necessary.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with pre-screened clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We focus on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions, guiding them toward meaningful change and improvement. By utilizing our telehealth platform, you can effectively reach clients in underserved areas, broadening the impact of your expertise.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active license to practice in Tennessee as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a relevant setting, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in teletherapy or utilizing virtual platforms to deliver mental health services is highly desirable.
• Background in working with diverse populations and underrepresented communities.
• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based therapies.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000, reflective of your experience and skills.
