This 100% remote role provides flexibility for you to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance that suits your needs. As this role operates in a community health clinic framework, you will interact regularly with dedicated professionals committed to improving the lives of those we serve.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health histories and potential substance use issues.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.
• Engage families in the recovery process through education, support, and involvement in therapy sessions when needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, utilizing electronic health records systems.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are navigating a range of mental health concerns. By providing specialized care through telehealth platforms, you will help break down barriers that traditionally hinder access to therapy, thereby reaching younger populations in need of support. Your empathetic approach and tailored strategies will be vital in fostering a safe space for these individuals as they work through their challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth, with a willingness to participate in specialized training on our evidence-based treatment pathways.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to efficiently navigate technologies such as the Google suite and electronic health records.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must to ensure effective collaboration and client interactions.
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance, alongside warm engagement skills, is expected at all times.

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a remote work setting is an advantage, alongside comfort in using technology for delivering therapy.
• A background in community-based mental health services is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
