Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.

  • Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to qualify for licensure.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts is essential.
