Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor at Dayspring, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting clinical intakes and assessments to determine patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating clinical psychotherapy sessions via telehealth with both individual clients and groups.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Adhering to licensing requirements and engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance counseling skills.
• Participating in regular supervision and quarterly staff meetings to promote team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
• Actively contributing to a positive team environment and fostering an atmosphere of encouragement and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, ranging from children aged 9 years to adults. Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a counseling-related field from an accredited program, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current professional licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Ability to maintain Professional Liability Insurance coverage as per state regulations.
