Position Overview

Health Access Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, providing high-quality virtual therapy services while managing a minimum caseload of 25 clients. Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position that offers flexibility in scheduling. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule around the needs of your clients, with availability to work Monday through Friday and potential weekend hours. Our supportive administrative team handles the crucial back-office tasks concerning client intake, billing, and compliance, allowing you to fully concentrate on what you do best—providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the needs of each client.
  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary and refer clients to additional services as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and address any client concerns effectively.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and delivery of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily involve working with adult clients (aged 18 and older) experiencing various mental health challenges. We pride ourselves on our commitment to serving minority and diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals facing substance use or men’s mental health issues. Your ability to cultivate a non-judgmental, compassionate environment will play a pivotal role in their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • An active LCSW license, valid for practice in the State of Nevada.
  • A minimum of three years of post-licensure professional experience in clinical counseling.
  • Current professional malpractice insurance to ensure compliance and protection.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy in clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with working with the LGBTQIA+ community and providing relevant mental health support.
  • Knowledge or experience in addressing men’s mental health issues.
  • A demonstrated ability to work with minority and diverse populations, recognizing social and cultural factors that influence mental health.
Compensation and Benefits
