Job description

Who We Are
Hi! We're Thinkingbox, the brief to built agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. So while others pass the buck, we're already building. Because our thinkers are also the makers. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration. From hanging out with our office dogs to enjoying Thursday happy hours, we keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun. Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own full-cycle recruitment across a high volume of active roles spanning Design, Development, Strategy, Media, Finance, Accounts, Production, and more alongside the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role scope, must-haves, success profiles, and interview strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess competencies, motivations, and cultural alignment
  • Manage candidates through Lever (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation, feedback collection, and data integrity
  • Source and engage passive talent through creative headhunting strategies across LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, inclusive hiring, and candidate experience
  • Lead offer development and negotiations in partnership with leadership, including drafting employment contracts, presenting offers, managing compensation discussions, and ensuring timely contract execution
  • Support onboarding by coordinating documentation, drafting and sending employment contracts, collecting signed agreements, and ensuring new hires have a seamless transition from signed offer to first day
  • Collaborate with the resourcing team to proactively plan hiring based on utilization data and team capacity
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and industry networking events
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within creative, advertising, or digital environments
  • Strong experience leading interview processes and partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Proven ability to assess talent through structured interviews and competency-based evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with Lever or other ATS platforms, with strong attention to detail and process management
  • Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and raising the bar on hiring quality
  • Experience supporting or representing a company at recruitment events, campus initiatives, and community or non-profit partnerships
  • Genuine interest in strengthening and promoting company culture in ways that foster collaboration, engagement, and teamwork
Additional Info
  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
  • Consistent culture and team-building events
  • Employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
  • Office lunches
  • Branded company swag
  • Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
  • Flex work and travel options
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
$68,000 - $68,000 a year
