Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement detailed, client-centered treatment plans with specified goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups effectively.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective therapy.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with various treatment frameworks and a strong commitment to continuing education in the field of mental health.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention strategies.
