Position Overview

Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in enhancing the mental health and well-being of individuals within our community. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement detailed, client-centered treatment plans with specified goals and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups effectively.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary for effective therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.

  • Experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis intervention strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus to the right candidate. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
