As part of our team, you will have support from a multidisciplinary staff, which includes psychologists, social workers, and administrative personnel. We utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) software to streamline documentation and billing processes, enabling our counselors to focus more on client care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with EMR software to streamline documentation and client interaction processes.

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling are highly desirable.
• Experience working with underserved populations or in community health clinic settings is a plus.
