• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

In this role, you will primarily serve outpatient clients who seek assistance with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges. • Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering counseling services in a clinical environment.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and applicable regulations pertaining to counseling practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a supportive work culture.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology.
• Experience with specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples therapy.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software for maintaining client information.
• History of contributing to community outreach programs or mental health awareness initiatives.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
