Remote babysitting often presents unique challenges such as keeping children engaged through a screen, managing distractions in their home environment, and establishing trust with both children and parents without being physically present. Successful remote babysitters prepare engaging virtual activities, maintain clear communication with parents, and set consistent routines to create a structured experience. Being adaptable and quick-thinking helps address unexpected situations, while regular check-ins with parents encourage cooperation and feedback. To thrive as a Remote Babysitter, you need a solid understanding of child development, age-appropriate activities, and strong communication skills, typically supported by experience in childcare or a related field. Familiarity with video conferencing tools, secure communication platforms, and digital scheduling systems is also necessary. Patience, resourcefulness, and the ability to engage and motivate children virtually are key soft skills in this role. These competencies ensure effective remote supervision, foster positive interactions, and help maintain a safe and supportive environment for children.

What is a Remote Babysitting job?

A Remote Babysitting job involves supervising and engaging with children virtually through video calls. Responsibilities may include helping with homework, reading stories, playing interactive games, and keeping children entertained while parents are busy. While it does not replace in-person childcare, it offers parents extra support and structured activities for their children. Strong communication skills, creativity, and patience are essential for success in this role.

Job description

We're growing fast and looking for serious sales talent to plug into a system that's already working.

This isn't a cold-calling grind.

You'll be stepping into conversations with people who already raised their hand, booked a call, and are open to solutions. Your role is simple: lead the conversation, diagnose what they actually need, and guide them to a decision that makes sense.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Jump on scheduled calls with inbound, pre-booked prospects (Zoom/phone)
  • Get people to open up quickly-what's working, what's not, and what they really want
  • Connect the dots between their situation and the solution in front of them
  • Handle objections without pressure-just clarity and control
  • Keep clean notes so the pipeline stays dialed in
  • Consistently hit (and push past) revenue targets

Who This Is For:

  • Closers and setters who already know how to sell remotely
  • People who don't need babysitting-you show up ready
  • You can lead a call without sounding robotic or scripted
  • You're organized, consistent, and take ownership of your numbers
  • Open to international applicants

What Makes This Different:

  • No cold outreach – every call is already booked and qualified
  • Comp structure that rewards performance
    • Setters: ~$3,000/month
    • Closers: ~$5,000/month + upside (bonuses/incentives)
  • Plug-and-play system – we give you the framework, you execute
  • Real growth environment – performance matters here, not politics
  • Fully remote – work from wherever you're most productive

If you're the type who performs better with real opportunities instead of chasing uninterested leads... you'll like it here.

If you're average, this probably isn't for you.

If you know you can produce, let's talk.

Apply now and step into a pipeline that's already moving.
