We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative outpatient mental health clinic at Azure Counseling Services. This full-time position, based in El Paso, Texas, allows you to provide therapeutic services remotely while supporting students in our partnered schools. You will play a vital role in assessing and treating mental health conditions, thereby enhancing the overall well-being of individuals within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care, and facilitate communication regarding client progress and treatment adaptations.
  • Offer crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning when immediate support is required.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation to meet ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducation classes, helping clients build resilience and peer support networks.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and families seeking mental health support within the school system. You will work closely with educators and family members to create a holistic approach to each client's treatment, integrating feedback from various stakeholders to promote effective change.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health services, particularly in an outpatient or school-based setting.
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to continuous professional development.
