Job description

Seeking a senior-level AWS engineer to join a solution delivery and IT staff augmentation firm serving major federal and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven background architecting and engineering custom solutions within AWS, with a special emphasis on projects requiring federal security compliance.
Qualifications

  • Preference for candidates based in Columbus, OH, or Fairfax, VA, but open to highly qualified remote candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, with ability to pass Public Trust investigations; security clearance is not necessary but may be client-dependent
Key Requirements:
  • Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing custom AWS cloud solutions (not just standard deployments).
  • Demonstrated expertise with NIST compliance and FedRAMP authorization for web-based/cloud applications-experience supporting FISMA and NIST 800 series controls is essential.
