  • Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and administration.
  • Experience with core AWS services and cloud resource management.
  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, routing, subnets, and security controls.
  • Experience with scripting or automation using technologies such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technology within healthcare, medical services, pharmacy, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record platforms or healthcare financial/revenue-cycle technology.
  • Experience supporting cloud environments where availability, security, and data protection are critical.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment practices.

What We're Looking For

  • We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on with AWS and can take ownership of day-to-day cloud operations while also identifying opportunities to improve the environment.
