• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while upholding ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review treatment goals, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans with each client, ensuring they are centered on individuals’ needs and objectives.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment assessments, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients, determining their suitability for our services and creating a foundation for their treatment journey.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Solaris Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a varied outpatient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Our client-focused approach ensures that treatment is tailored to each individual, promoting inclusivity and understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Possession of a current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience within a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with systems like excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions, particularly in an outpatient clinic environment.
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative care approaches.

Solaris Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, recognizing the expertise and dedication of our counselors.
