Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while upholding ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, review treatment goals, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans with each client, ensuring they are centered on individuals’ needs and objectives.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment assessments, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients, determining their suitability for our services and creating a foundation for their treatment journey.
