Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to identify their unique needs, challenges, and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's requirements and preferences, ensuring that therapy sessions focus on achieving meaningful goals.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions through secure online platforms, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or person-centered therapy, depending on client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that updates reflect accurate insights into therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintain open lines of communication to adapt therapeutic strategies as clients evolve through their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health challenges, which may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, or relationship struggles. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building a therapeutic alliance and rapport with clients remotely.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to understand and help clients overcome their mental health challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance caseload, documentation, and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in remote or teletherapy settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices or specific modalities relevant to clients' needs.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, understanding cultural sensitivities and its impact on mental health.
