Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, leading to the development of customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on individual client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, ensuring that their treatment is a co-created process that respects their autonomy.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, making mental health support accessible to everyone, regardless of geographical or physical barriers.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring all client interactions and treatment interventions are properly recorded.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various psychological disorders. Your role is crucial in providing empathetic, culturally sensitive, and individualized care, promoting mental well-being and resilience among clients as they navigate their challenges.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, creating a space for healing and growth.
• Strong empathetic qualities and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions, enabling trust and openness.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads and logistical tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Knowledge of community resources and support networks that can be leveraged for client benefit.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
