Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade software products with a strong focus on ownership, execution, and quality.
  • Strong technical foundation in modern software development practices and the ability to work across the full development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, GPT APIs, large language models, or similar technologies to improve engineering workflows.
  • Experience applying AI to software design, code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, and release processes.
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as AWS, .NET, Python, and MongoDB.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex technical challenges.
