Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Test Manager (Automation must) based in Netherlands.

The role focuses on leading enterprise-level QA and test strategy across complex Salesforce-driven programs. The selected professional will oversee end-to-end testing activities, ensuring robust quality assurance across functional, integration, UAT, and automation layers. This position plays a critical role in driving release confidence, reducing defects, and improving delivery velocity across large-scale Agile environments. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close interaction with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders. Strong emphasis is placed on automation-first testing practices and continuous improvement. The role also requires leadership in mentoring QA teams and establishing strong governance frameworks for quality delivery.

Accountabilities:
  • Define, implement, and lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple enterprise projects and releases
  • Manage full testing lifecycle including functional, integration, UAT, regression, and automation testing activities
  • Drive automation frameworks and execution using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Selenium
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate distributed QA teams across multiple workstreams and delivery squads
  • Establish defect management processes, risk mitigation strategies, and quality governance standards
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and release readiness
  • Track, analyze, and report key quality metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, and cycle times
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in QA with a strong background in test management and leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing test strategies for large-scale enterprise programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks including Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Selenium
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery environments
  • Experience in leading cross-functional QA teams and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Salesforce testing, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration is an advantage
  • Domain experience in Healthcare or BFSI is a plus
