Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer with 5+ years of experience in logistics automation, robotics, or
supply chain optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technologies, strong
project leadership capabilities, and expertise in designing end-to-end robotic solutions. As a key technical
advisor, you will work closely with Fortune 500 companies, implementation partners, and internal teams to
drive the successful adoption of Geek+ automation solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Solution Design & Technical Leadership
    • Conduct comprehensive warehouse and supply chain assessments to identify automation
      opportunities.
    • Develop Complex Automation Solutions Utilizing Geek+ AMR Technology in a Large-Scale
      Environment
    • Align robot-driven solutions with external contractors/subcontractors in projects where
      robotic systems interact with broader logistics operations.
    • Lead solution validation, testing, and optimization efforts to ensure maximum performance
      and efficiency.


  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through automation transformation.
    • Deliver executive-level presentations and detailed technical proposals showcasing solution
      benefits, ROI, and scalability.
    • Provide ongoing consultation and automation roadmaps for long-term customer success.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Innovation
    • Work closely with software engineers, implementation teams, and product managers to
      refine solutions.

      enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehousing automation, logistics, robotics, or supply chain
    operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, robotics, and material handling systems.
  • Proven experience in leading automation projects and delivering ROI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and
    executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with WMS/WES/WCS integration is a strong advantage.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
