Job Description

Tech Lead - work remote - Hands on Automated Tester. Must have done scripting and how to automate & write queries from scratch 

Must understand Automation and understand the automation process

Person must have experience with database (must be able to write SQL statements). Understand how Data is transfer from one system to another system. Hands on SQL Testing.

Must be able to write Test Plans and Test Cases.

Will follow an Agile/Scrum practice.

Must have excellent written and communication skills! This position interface with everyone in the company!

Client is using Selenium - will learn if don't have it


Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.

Strong knowledge and min. 3 years of experience using Automation tools such as Selenium and QTP (including automation of back end testing).

Hands on experience building and executing complex SQL queries for testing purposes.

Knowledge of SDLC and a clear understanding of the role of testing.

Hands on experience with SCRUM Agile, Waterfall and hybrid testing methodologies including the practical knowledge of applying these methodologies to day-to-day operations and projects is a huge plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused, dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Proven ability to scale testing approaches to meet demand.

Strong communications skills.

Experience testing mobile apps is a plus

Experience with any tools such as: Quality Center, Jira, Rally, Daptiv, etc. a plus
