We are seeking a Full Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas!

Reporting to the Specialty Group Team Lead, the Customer Support Specialist is responsible for certain programs and the day-to-day upkeep of claims.

IPG works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners) and general liability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support for client claims

  • Maintains Claim Databases

  • Sets up all new claims within the required time frame

  • Answer all phone calls for client programs

  • Provides follow up to all open claims in client systems and claim files

  • Fills in on other programs when needed

  • Attends monthly team meetings

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Competencies

  • Strong writing skills and proper use of grammar to document claim file notes clearly with all communications and activities that occur during of handling the claim.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong Communicator (verbal and written)

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks

  • Work collaboratively with others inside and outside the company

Environment/Working Conditions:
