About the Role

100% remote job opening. As Senior Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation you are responsible for managing the process from start to finish and ultimately determining the appropriate course of action based on the circumstances within the case. Here are a few job specs:


Location: Fully remote but requires experience with workers compensation claims in the state of Louisiana. This means you’ll also primarily work CST hours.


Experience: At least five (5) years of experience managing, investigating, and resolving complex work comp claims. 


Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer-first focus given that you’ll frequently interact with various parties, including claimants, during the process.


Licensure: Requires appropriate licensure/certification in Louisiana where you will handle claims.
