We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. We ship VEHICLES all over the WORLD!

The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient delivery of of the vehicles.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, transportation planning expertise, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

```Duties```

- Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling of shipments

- Negotiate contracts with customers and dealerships to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions

- Monitor shipment status and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance

- We do not CHARGE for leads!

- Utilize transportation management program (CRM) and electronic data interchange tools for tracking and reporting

- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation operations in a timely manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints

- Our internal teams take care of the PRICING,CUSTOMER SERVICE and DISPATCHING to let our salespeople concentrate on there sales

- Proven experience in logistics or transportation management

- knowledge of transportation planning

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Proficient in account management and customer relationship management (CRM) software
