Clinical Talent Advisor

Location: Remote with Travel (20% travel)

Type: Full Time, Flex Schedule might include evenings and weekends

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 depending on experience, plus monthly bonus Potential!

The Job

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Clinical Sales Recruiter who enjoys connecting with talented professionals and building meaningful relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and motivated by the opportunity to identify and engage exceptional clinical talent.

The successful candidate will be comfortable reaching out to new connections, building trust with candidates, and developing relationships with hard-to-find clinical professionals. Through persistence, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach, you will connect qualified clinicians, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), with opportunities where they can make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through networking, research, referrals, outreach, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and direct messaging to engage potential candidates.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through daily sourcing activities.
  • Build relationships with clinical professionals through outreach, networking, and meaningful conversations.
  • Use a consultative approach to educate candidates on career opportunities and guide them through the recruitment process
  • Follow up consistently with candidates to build trust, maintain engagement, and move conversations forward.
  • Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
  • Partner with hiring teams to find the best placement for the candidate and be solutions focused to creatively solve problems.
  • Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales recruiting, healthcare recruiting, staffing, business development, or another relationship-driven role.
  • Proven experience with proactive sourcing, including cold outreach, LinkedIn recruiting, networking, referrals, and candidate research.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates who are not actively looking for opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidates and opportunities while staying organized and responsive.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, clinicians, therapists, nurses, or behavioral health professionals.
  • Experience recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other hard-to-fill clinical roles.
  • Experience in agency recruiting, executive search, or a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for specialized or competitive roles.
