Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic Mental Health Team focused on providing support within a Special Education Program. The position operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while being part of a supportive and collaborative team culture. You will work closely with educators, therapists, and other mental health professionals, participating in virtual team meetings and case discussions. Our contributions to special education are grounded in a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that every child receives the care tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, analyzing their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and continually assess individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and integration into the school community.
• Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices for students diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, and trauma-related issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic care for each student.
• Offer crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies to ensure student safety and well-being.
• Engage with families and provide psychoeducation about mental health conditions, empowering them with resources and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings, staff development, and interdisciplinary case conferences to enhance service delivery and personal professional growth.
• Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and best practices in mental health to ensure compliance and quality care.

You will be working with students primarily within a special education setting who require mental health support due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and trauma. This role is pivotal in shaping positive educational outcomes for these students, ensuring that they receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care is essential.
• Exceptional skills in assessing mental health conditions, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
• Ability to effectively function as part of a multidisciplinary team.

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with a strong academic background and relevant internships will also be considered. Experience specifically working with special education populations is highly regarded.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
