Remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location:ย Remote
Schedule:ย Monday to Friday
Type:ย Part-Time

About the Role:
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBAย to join our team! If youโ€™re someone who truly passionate about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and values work-life balance, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Complete assessments and write up treatment plans

  • Supervise clients and RBTsย 

  • Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home

  • Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team

  • Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • BCBA certificationย (must have)

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experienceย working with kids with autism (preferred)

  • Solid telehealth/remote experience (preferred)

  • Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing

  • Great communication and time-management skills

  • Able to stay organized and work independently from home
