• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ultimately developing tailored treatment plans that address individual objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, engaging clients in a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches, documenting clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care that may include medication management.
• Maintain productivity standards as outlined in performance reviews, focusing on delivering high-quality, impactful clinical care that leads to positive client outcomes.
• Engage with clients and their families in planning and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support as needed.

You will primarily work with individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disturbances. Your expertise will be crucial in advocating for client access to appropriate resources and therapies, while fostering a nurturing therapeutic relationship that encourages growth and resilience.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient treatment setting, showcasing your expertise in mental health counseling and patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaborative treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively relay information to clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is preferred, as we prioritize adaptability in our remote settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to developmental disabilities and special needs will be highly beneficial.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $120,000 and $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
