Job description

We are excited to announce immediate openings for dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our growing team at California Behavioral Treatment Center. If you are passionate about helping children and adolescents with developmental disabilities thrive, we would love to meet you.


Position Overview
The Behavior Interventionist is responsible for delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of experienced clinical staff, the Behavior Interventionist implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill development, and contributes to the overall success of each client's program.


Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors
Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on client progress
Support treatment goals across home, school, and community environments
Assist in implementing programs designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standard


Compensation
$22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
Paid mileage
Paid drive time

Qualifications:

High School Diploma(required)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or a related field (preferred)
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass TB testing, criminal background check, and fingerprint clearance
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
