Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position within our Special Education Program. This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while providing essential mental health services. You will primarily interact with students and their families through various communication tools, offering therapy sessions, assessments, and support. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as needed. On-call availability may also be required to assist with crisis interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students with diverse special needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on mental health issues, emotional well-being, and successful integration into the school community.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to conditions such as ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, and emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to promote personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies among students.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and other allied health professionals, to coordinate holistic care.
• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring a safe space for students and their families.
• Educate students and families about mental health conditions and available resources to foster understanding and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing staff development activities to enhance collaborative care and professional growth.
• Stay informed of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines to ensure adherence in day-to-day activities.

This role focuses on a diverse population of students who face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with these individuals to provide essential support, helping them to navigate their educational experiences and fostering resilience and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas is essential.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care practices is critical.
• Proficiency in assessing mental health conditions, diagnosing issues, and formulating individualized treatment plans is necessary.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency with computer-based documentation is preferred.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards in practice.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in a school or special education setting.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy using various therapeutic approaches is advantageous.
