This position operates in a fully remote telehealth format, ensuring flexibility and convenience for both therapists and clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, specifically tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and periodically review progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to cater to clients who prefer virtual consultations or who may face accessibility barriers.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain informed about cutting-edge therapeutic practices.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate open and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong foundation of empathy and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload while ensuring timely administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not required. We offer training and resources to enhance your digital practice skills.
• Prior experience managing a varied caseload with backgrounds in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or family therapy is advantageous.
• Familiarity with therapeutic tools and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) enhances client outcomes.
