What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for a variety of industries, including privately held companies, non-profits, and more.
  • Oversee all phases of audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to wrap-up.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniors, fostering a high-performance, remote-first team culture.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivery of high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and firm policies.
  • Collaborate with partners and other department leaders on strategic initiatives, workflow improvements, and team development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CPA license required.
  • 7+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit.
  • Prior experience as an Audit Manager or equivalent leadership role.

  • Comfortable managing distributed teams in a remote environment.
  • Experience with audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or similar platforms).
