Irenics Mental Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our remote telehealth team in Port Orchard, Washington. In your role as an LICSW, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and diagnoses for patients aged 12 and above, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored for telehealth services.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions and psychotherapeutic techniques within a virtual setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, including proper use of diagnosis and billing codes.
• Providing services through a secure, HIPAA-compliant audio and visual telehealth platform, ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards.
• Maintaining adherence to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) code of ethics and Washington state regulations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical staff, community health workers, and educational advocates, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Connecting clients with essential community resources and support services, acting as an advocate for their needs.
• Actively participating in case reviews, team meetings, and pursuing continuing education opportunities to stay current in the field of mental health.

This role will involve working with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, each presenting unique needs and challenges. The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• A solid understanding of clinical terminology and methodologies pertinent to social work.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in electronic documentation.
• Excellent time management skills for efficient scheduling and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in utilizing various technology tools, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth systems.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills enabling effective patient and team interactions.

Experience working within a telehealth framework and familiarity with evidence-based assessment tools and treatment methodologies will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience in case management or community health settings are also encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
