• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring that you provide a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to create targeted treatment plans aligned with clients' unique needs.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and insight.
• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, stress management, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics. Your guidance will help empower them to build essential skills to navigate life's obstacles effectively.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued license to practice independently as a mental health counselor—specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must have a clean professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate nature that encourages client engagement and trust.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, with access to a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate video sessions.
• A dependable internet connection essential for remote work.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a counseling role, working with adult populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused techniques.

Compassionate Care Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus for new hires, we provide weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees, ensuring financial stability and support.
