Remote

Full-time

Posted 12 days ago

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Visual Creator (Static Ads) based in Netherlands.

This is a creative, AI-first role at the very beginning of the performance advertising pipeline. You'll transform strategic ad angles, hooks, and messaging into original visual concepts designed to capture attention and drive action. Working across DTC brands in health, apparel, pet, and fitness, you'll create unconventional, humor-driven, and visually distinctive imagery. You'll use cutting-edge AI image generation tools to produce high volumes of commercial-grade visuals while rapidly experimenting and iterating. Your work will directly influence the creative direction of campaigns, with selected imagery passed to designers for final ad production. You'll work remotely with a fast-moving, collaborative team and have significant freedom to push visual creativity.

Accountabilities
  • Translate creative briefs, ad angles, hooks, and messaging into compelling visual concepts that communicate the intended idea and capture attention.
  • Generate original, commercial-grade imagery using AI image generation platforms such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Flux, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or comparable tools.
  • Produce approximately 4 briefs per day, generating 12-18 visual variations per brief while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
  • Explore unconventional creative directions, including humor, surrealism, unexpected compositions, and visually disruptive concepts designed to stop the scroll.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists, incorporating feedback quickly and refining prompts and visual concepts through multiple iterations.
  • Prepare and hand off selected imagery to the design team for incorporation into finished static advertisements.
  • Adapt visual concepts to different brands, audiences, industries, and campaign objectives while maintaining a strong understanding of brand identity.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI image-generation models, tools, workflows, and techniques, testing new capabilities and integrating valuable improvements into the creative process.
  • Maintain an organized production workflow by documenting effective prompts, managing generated assets, and building reusable reference libraries.
  • Contribute original creative ideas beyond the initial brief and help elevate the visual direction of campaigns over time.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience creating commercial-quality visuals with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic judgment, creative range, originality, and the ability to create distinctive imagery rather than generic or stock-style visuals.
  • Highly fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, quickly, and effectively with creative strategists in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn a simple advertising concept into several unexpected and compelling visual directions.
  • Excellent visual taste and the ability to recognize what makes an AI-generated image memorable, commercially relevant, and attention-grabbing.
  • A strong understanding of prompting, iteration, and image-generation workflows, with the curiosity to continually improve results.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or DTC creative is a strong advantage.
  • A fast, iterative working style and comfort producing multiple variations, receiving feedback, and refining work without ego.
  • A highly AI-forward mindset, with genuine enthusiasm for emerging image-generation technology and experimentation.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail when managing high volumes of creative assets and prompt variations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote, fast-moving creative team.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and geography, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
  • Fully remote, full-time position with consistent EST working hours.
  • Opportunity to work at the front of the creative pipeline, directly influencing the visual concepts that become performance advertising campaigns.
  • Exposure to direct-response advertising at scale across health, apparel, pet, fitness, and other DTC categories.
  • Opportunity to work extensively with rapidly evolving AI image-generation technologies.
  • Fast-paced, creatively challenging environment with significant room for experimentation and original ideas.
  • Structured feedback and clear performance expectations from the beginning.
  • Defined 30/60/90-day ramp-up focused on building confidence, independence, consistency, and creative impact.
  • Back-office support covering payroll, onboarding, and HR.
  • Fully remote collaboration with an international team.
