You will connect with clients through an all-in-one telehealth platform, which supports communication via audio and video calls, online journals, and tailored goal-setting programs. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through various modalities, including video sessions, audio communication, and interactive tools.
• Regularly update and monitor client progress using our platform’s tools for goal tracking.
• Engage in consultation and collaboration with other specialists within the platform’s large network of over 10,000 licensed therapists.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in continued education and supervision opportunities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and innovations.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. This targeted demographic allows you to utilize your expertise in a focused manner, ensuring that clients receive the most suitable and effective care.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.
• A valid and independently held LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and functioning technology, including a PC or laptop (tablets are not permitted).

• Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to navigate our innovative platform.
• Prior expertise in working with adult clients, particularly addressing common issues like anxiety and depression, will be beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
