Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing individualized counseling sessions to a diverse range of clients through our online platform, focusing on low acuity issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling.
• Conducting thorough assessments to determine client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that guide ongoing therapy sessions.
• Utilizing our platform's technology for effective communication tools—engaging clients through audio and video sessions, maintaining online journals, and employing clinical worksheets to track progress.
• Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans in response to client feedback and advancements in therapeutic techniques.
• Participating in supervision and peer collaboration within our extensive community of over 10,000 therapists to enhance professional growth and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults who are seeking mental health support. Our clients do not include children or those experiencing severe mental health crises, allowing you to engage in depth with individuals facing manageable yet impactful challenges in their everyday lives. Your expertise will help them navigate their issues effectively and make positive changes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full Independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Texas, without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection, as well as a working desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have prior experience in telehealth settings, demonstrating adaptability to technology-based counseling methods.
• Possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices suitable for treating adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience level. Additional benefits include:
