Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services through various modalities including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor their progress throughout treatment, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing our user-friendly electronic health record system for efficient management.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities that enhance clinical skills and keep therapists abreast of best practices in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is particularly focused on providing culturally sensitive care to ensure inclusivity for all client backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a full licensure from the State Board to practice independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD), ensuring the ability to provide therapy without supervision.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy settings or specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, pediatric mental health, or addiction counseling will be highly regarded. Proficiency in using digital platforms for teletherapy and electronic health records is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
